Hot Rolled Steel & Thermally Broken Steel Doors/Windows
We craft our windows using custom, one-of-a-kind steel profiles, available in two options. Hot rolled steel is the most popular for its strength and clean look, while the thermally broken option is ideal for areas with high heat or moisture, offering added insulation and rust resistance.
3/4" Tempered + Low - E Glass
We source our glass from top-tier suppliers in Dallas, TX, and are one of the few window companies using 3/4" thick glass. Our tempered, low-E coated glass helps block heat from entering your home, making it ideal for exterior windows.
Hoppe/Emtek + Custom Door Hardware
We equip our doors with high-quality multipoint and single-point hardware from the Swiss brand Hoppe and the American company Emtek. If you prefer to supply your own hardware, we’re happy to install it to suit your needs.
Texas, California, Oklahoma, Georgia, New York
Although we primarily work in the Highland Park area in Dallas, we have various projects that have been done in Austin, Houston, California, Georgia, and New York. Location is not a problem for us.

Santiago Iron Works is currently working on the selling and distributing of aluminum angles 1/8" x 1/2" x 1/2" at the best price in all of the DFW metroplex.
Our Process
Pre-Approval

Communicate and request an estimate from Jose Santiago.

Once the estimate has been approved, Architectural design shop drawings are sent for approval.

Once revisions are made and drawings are approved, we order necessary material for project and begin production in about 4 weeks.
Fabrication

Welding and assembling of door/windows

Grinding doors/windows into seamless edges

Sending products off for powder coat
